• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
• Any ongoing free shipping offers will be automatically applied.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email, allowing you to track your package in real time.

Returns & Replacement Policy

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of pet healthcare and nutritional products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, returns or replacements are applicable under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product received in damaged or leaked condition
• Product received is expired

Return / Replacement Request Timeline

• You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please share clear images or videos of the product along with the invoice for verification.

Replacement Process

• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
• Replacements are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Cancellation Policy
 

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
